My Strength-Based Approach
  1. Build Courage to face the situation honestly, find the right help, and start making change happen.
  2. Rework Disabling Beliefs to stop accepting that you’re completely broken, unlovable, and helpless, and finding instead strengths, knowing you’re worthy and very capable of overcoming.
  3. Take Transformative Action- form new habits and beliefs, and make the changes needed.
  4. Work Towards Healthy Goals, both big and small, and celebrate the wins so you can feel great about yourself and facilitate the change.
